Silicon Labs Sample Program

Our sample program includes many wireless ICs, microcontrollers, interface and sensor products in production. Modules, development kits, evaluation boards and reference design kits are not included in the sample program. Samples are offered at no charge (including shipping, handling and any applicable taxes). Additional duties and charges may be billed to customers in certain countries.

You may request up to four unique parts on a single order, with a maximum limit of two pieces for part. There is also a frequency limit of three orders in a 30-day period. Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic email with the order status and a tracking number. Note: we reserve the right to evaluate all sample requests prior to fulfillment. If your order is refused, you will be notified via email.

It usually takes three days after the order was placed to receive parts; however, unforeseen shipping delays are possible. Because samples are free, they cannot be returned.
