EFR32BG22 (BG22) Bluetooth low energy (LE) wireless SoC solutions are part of the Wireless Gecko Series 2 platform. The BG22 family's combination of best-in-class ultra-low transmit and receive power (4.1 mA TX at 0 dBm, 3.6 mA RX) and a high-performance, low-power Arm® Cortex®-M33 core (27 µA/MHz active, 1.2 µA sleep) delivers industry-leading energy efficiency that can extend coin cell battery life up to ten years. Target applications include Bluetooth mesh low-power nodes, smart door locks, personal healthcare and fitness devices. Asset tracking tags, beacons and indoor navigation also benefit from the SoCs' versatile Bluetooth Angle of Arrival (AoA) and Angle of Departure (AoD) capabilities and sub-one-meter location accuracy.

The EFR32MG24 Wireless SoCs are ideal for mesh IoT wireless connectivity using Matter, OpenThread and Zigbee protocols for smart home, lighting, and building automation products. With key features like high performance 2.4 GHz RF, low current consumption, an AI/ML hardware accelerator and Secure Vault™, IoT device makers can create the smart, robust, and energy-efficient products that are secure from remote and local cyber-attacks. An ARM Cortex®-M33 running up to 78 MHz and up to 1.5 MB of Flash and 256 kB of RAM  provides resources for demanding applications while leaving room for future growth. Target applications include gateways and hubs, sensors, switches, door locks, LED lighting, luminaires, location services, predictive maintenance, glass break detection, wake-word detection, and more.

Silicon Labs' RS9116 QMS wireless SoCs with single band provide a comprehensive multi-protocol wireless connectivity solution including 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz), dual-mode Bluetooth 5. Our SiWx917 SoC is ideal for ultra-low power IoT wireless devices using Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth, Matter, and IP networking for secure cloud connectivity. SiWx917 SoC includes an ultra-low power Wi-Fi 6 plus Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) 5.1 wireless CPU subsystem, and an integrated micro-controller (MCU) application subsystem, security, peripherals and power management subsystem all in a single 7x7 mm QFN package. The wireless subsystem consists of a multi-threaded processor (ThreadArch®), baseband digital signal processing, analog front end, 2.4GHz RF transceiver and integrated power amplifier. The application subsystem consists of an ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor with FPU, embedded SRAM, FLASH, AI/ML accelerator and enhanced PSA-L2 certifiable security engine. The integrated MCU is dedicated for peripheral and application-related processing, while the ThreadArch® runs the wireless and networking stacks on independent threads, providing a fully integrated single chip solution that is ready for a wide range of embedded wireless IoT applications.
