Development Platform
Silicon Labs offers an advanced 8-bit microcontroller studio, available at no charge to developers. These tools unlock the power and flexibility of the 8-bit microcontroller family. These tools help develop, download, and debug firmware to the CP24xx/8051/EFM8 8-bit MCU devices.

Programming Adapter Add-Ons
Choose the appropriate Programming Adapter for your part number. Refer to the ToolStick Base Adapter User Guide for more information. To develop with a different MCU, designers need the ToolStick Base Adapter.
Programming Adapter
The Programming Adapter provides the appropriate mechanical socket to program a blank device. The Programming Adapter plugs into the Base Adapter.
