Silicon Labs has partnered with Digi-Key to offer low jitter differential/LVCMOS programmable oscillators with 24-hour lead times. Frequency programming on-site by Digi-Key enables next-day prototypes of standard and custom frequencies, eliminating non-recurring expense (NRE) charges and minimum order quantities required by traditional XOs.

Programmable Oscillator Products

Our Si510/511 oscillators are programmable to any-frequency, format, and supply voltage, while providing excellent phase jitter performance of 0.8 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz). With a 10-year operating life, our Si510/511 devices offer ±30 ppm stability across all operating conditions, including the -40 °C to +85 °C industrial temperature range. For higher frequency applications requiring lower jitter, the Si590/591 oscillators are programmable up to 810 MHz. The Si500 silicon oscillator provides a low cost programmable alternative to quartz based oscillators, by using an all-silicon LC oscillator to generate any output frequency from 0.9 to 200 MHz.
