Oscillator Mark Numbers

The Si500 and Si51x use custom mark codes. To determine mark codes for a different oscillator, either consult its datasheet or one can visually read the first line of the oscillator. It should have a “Silabs” and a part number family. This part number family will direct you to the correct datasheet which will contain the markcode information. See an example below.
