C8051T600-GM

The C8051T600-GM is a small microcontroller (MCU) family that offers cost-effective OTP EPROM memory. With on-chip Power-On Reset, Supply Monitor, Watchdog Timer and clock oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solution. User software has complete control of all peripherals and may individually shut down any or all peripherals for power savings. Built on a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance, the C8051T600-GM also offers 0.25 RAM and 10-bit, 8-ch., 500 ksps ADC and additional communication interfaces in a 3x3 mm QFN11.
