The C8051F964-B-GQ is an ultra-low power high-efficiency battery-powered metering microcontroller (MCU) designed from the ground up to seamlessly incorporate with our EZRadioPRO® sub-GHz transceivers. The MCU features a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance along with 64 kB Flash, 8 kB RAM  and a 12-bit, 16-ch., 75 ksps ADC in a 12x12 mm QFP80. With an on-chip dc-dc buck converter, integrated 128 segment LCD driver and hardware AES encryption, the C8051F964-B-GQ is ideal for security systems, monitors, sensors and metering applications.
