Si87xx Automotive Optocoupler Replacement Isolators

Si87xx automotive devices isolate high-speed digital signals and offer performance, reliability, and flexibility advantages unavailable with competing optocoupler products. Si87xx products are based on our automotive grade production and proprietary CMOS isolation technology for low-power and high-speed operation, providing longer service life and dramatically higher reliability compared to traditional optocouplers. Si87xx isolators are resistant to the wear-out effects found in optocouplers, which degrade performance with increasing temperature, forward current, and device age.

Si87xx isolators are pin-compatible, single-channel, drop-in optocoupler replacements with data rates up to 15 Mbps. Ordering options include open collector or push-pull outputs with and without integrated pull-up resistor and output enable pin.
