The Silicon Labs single-chip digital receivers are the industry's first fully integrated, 100% CMOS digital radio broadcast receivers ICs built for consumer electronic products. The digital radio receiver and tuner families offer all-in-one, ultra-low power, multi-band digital broadcast receivers to support global analog and digital radio standards, including AM, SW, LW, FM, FM RDS, HD, DAB, DAB+, DMB, and DRM (30).

The Silicon Labs FM radio receiver families leverage digital integration and 100% CMOS process technology to deliver a completely integrated solution. Our receivers require only one external supply bypass capacitor and less than 10mm² of board space.

Silicon Labs offers a broad portfolio of high performance multi-band radio receivers, including FM/AM, Shortwave, Longwave, and Weather Band Receivers.  The Silicon Labs Si473x, Si474x, Si4707, Si4831/35, and Si4840/44 devices are the industry's first fully integrated, 100% CMOS FM/AM/SW/LW and WB radio receiver ICs. Offering unmatched integration and PCB space savings, the Si47xx ICs require only two external components and less than 15mm² of board area, excluding the antenna inputs.
